1. I am interested in outsourcing - how do we get started once we have signed a contract ?

Once the contract has been signed the client has to fulfill the following requirements:

Creating a secure remote desktop connection with usernames.

Scanning/ Faxing the Superbills/Encounter Forms and EOBs.

Provide a briefing session on client / specialty specifications.
2. Will I lose control if I outsource my billing?

No, you would not lose control. Our services are designed to work as an extension of your business office. We will provide you with detailed billing, A/R, and Analysis reports to ensure that you have more information and the process is in your control.

3. Do I have to change my software / Work stations?

No, it is not compulsory that you have to change your software / work stations unless they are outdated. You can transfer your entire medical billing process offshore, with no changes to your current process.

4. How it works if I don’t have any billing software?

For providers that do not have a practice management system we provide an account in our billing software. We use one of the top ten billing software’s in US i.e. NDC Lytec current version that has all the advanced options required for a practice management system.

5. Where does the money go once we start using your billing services?

You still collect the money and send us copies of the checks and corresponding explanation of medical benefits.

6. What are the confidentiality and security measures you undertake?

Confidentiality and the security of the data is maintained thru a combination of encryption technology and established operating procedures, which includes the following:
Access Cards for employees.
Password Protected Systems and firewall protected network
Restrictions on the usage of external storage devices like floppies, CD drives or USB drives
Offsite data storage and fire proof cabinets
Non-disclosure agreement with the clients and our staff
24/7 hour armed security and Surveillance cameras.
Shredding of hard copies immediately after the work has completed.
7. How do I pay you?
The preferred method of payment is by wire transfer or by check. Please call us to discuss about other modes of payment.
8. What qualifications do your employees hold?
All our employees are graduates and a large percentage have a post graduate degree. The members of supervisory team are with six sigma background to ensure the process control.
9. What are the billing software applications that you work on?
We are well acquainted with NextGen, Lytec, Medisoft, Medware, Intergy, Medical office online. However, if you're using software that we haven't used before, we will get the training from your software vendor.
